New records and cds are guaranteed free of defects. If there’s any problem, bring the item back with the receipt for a full refund or exchange, whatever you prefer.

Used records are guaranteed to be playable and sound good. The price of a used record indicates the noise level. For example, a Doors album priced at $1 will not sound as good as the same album for $6. Almost all used records will have some surface noise, but if the noise level is more than you find acceptable, bring the record back with the receipt for trade or refund.

Used cds and dvds are guaranteed just like lps, but the price does not indicate condition.

Used stereo equipment is guaranteed for 30 days. That gives you a good opportunity to set up your system and make sure you’re happy with the sound.
